Yesterday, James took us (Aig, Mon and myself) to Natchitoches (pronounced NAK-uh-tush), to see the christmas lights and fireworks. We had some meat pie which is famous in this city. While waiting for the fireworks, we also had some funnel cake, alligator sausages and alligator kabob. I did not have a chance to take the pictures of the food, though.

In the First, Icy Day of the Class
Last month, I was so busy preparing for the qualifying exam that I had failed last time. And I just retook it yesterday.
Today is the first day of my winter quarter. The only class that I am taking this quarter is scheduled from 8 to 10 a.m. of Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I had to run to the class in freezing weather of the morning. My car was covered with ice. It took over a quarter to melt it.
I was couple of minutes late. Some students were waiting in the class when I reached there, but no one saw Dr. Choi (the instructor). We wait for him for about half an hour. Someone went to the secretary office to ask for him. Then the secretary came by to inform us that he was in Australia...
